Delivery and return policy
Our priority is a fast and reliable delivery to your doorsteps. However, to ensure your entire satisfaction, orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take up to 48-hour to process. As such, delivery is done within 2-3 business days depending on the items. Buyers have the option of; selecting a delivery time of 1 business day at an added cost depending on the items.

We will send an email notification including tracking information when your package has shipped. You can also view the status of your order and obtain tracking information in My Orders.
RIOT packages are insured directly by the shippers.
RIOT works with sellers and collectors across the world to maintain an accurate listing of their items online. In the rare event that RIOT is unable to deliver items due to a mismatch in live inventory listings with our partners, RIOT will cancel the order/s and make a full refund if the order has been paid for.
The placement of an order does not guarantee delivery of an item. Regulations may prohibit importation of items made with exotic materials to certain countries.
CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
Orders shipped outside of the United Arab Emirates may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and other fees levied by the destination country. All orders are delivered duties unpaid, and all import taxes, duties and customs fees, as well as compliance with the laws and regulations of the destination country, are the customer's responsibility. Payment is usually collected at time of delivery.
RIOT will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
RIOT may provide the international shipper with the product details, including cost, as well as customer name and address or other contact details, so that the information can be provided to destination customs or postal authorities, to the extent required under the laws and regulations of the destination country.
RIOT is not liable for delay in orders, because of custom clearances at destination.

CASH ON DELIVERY
Cash on delivery is available in UAE (for any amount). For KSA, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Lebanon, and Egypt (limited to $800).
Cash on Delivery orders are an obligation for buyer to pay the amount on delivery. Refusal to accept shipment will lead to legal implications including a ban on any further orders.
An additional fee for the Cash on Delivery service of 30 AED in the United Arab Emirates is applied.
BANK TRANSFER PAYMENTS:
We accept payments through bank transfer for some countries. Please contact our team to learn more. Bank transfer must be received by us for full amount of order, and charges (payment and refund) are responsibility of buyers.
CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS:
We accept payments through credit cards, not including American Express. The cards are charged on site via our secure payment partners payfort.com for the amount of the order value. Credit card companies may have additional charges based on the currency of your card.
We accept payments through PAYPAL
To return apparel (except swimwear), shoes, handbags, belts, jewelry, or accessories the customer must visit My Orders in My Account and click on Refund. A box will open allowing you to type in the refund code that is in your invoice. A customer can only request a refund within five working days of the shipment arrival date. Our couriers will pick up the item within 2-3 business days. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Once we receive your return in our warehouse, please allow 7-10 business days to process your return and for the refund to take effect. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment. (Cash on delivery orders are refunded through cheque or bank transfer). We’ll notify you by email once we have received and processed your return.
Refund amount includes 100% the value of the item, but does not include the shipping fee or any custom duties paid for importation, nor any additional charges charged by your credit card provider.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
No return on Hermes Birkin and Kelly bags.
No return on apparel, shoes, belts, jewelry, handbags, accessories, or any
other item sold on SALE.
All items that fall outside of our return policy are available for re-consignment.

RETURNING YOUR ITEM THROUGH OUR COURIER:
Package the return items securely, preferably using the original shipping box. Be sure to include all original packaging and enclosed materials including invoice, authenticity cards, and dust bags.
